DC Trip Payments

Plans are underway for the 10th and 11th grade trip to Washington D.C.  Our committee is investigating dates, accommodations, transportation and more!  We will communicate details as soon as we have them.  Approximate cost:  $600.

• 2 night / 3 day trip to Washington D.C.
• $150 down payment in September.  $100 monthly from October – February.  The final payment will be adjusted as needed.

• EXAMPLE SCHEDULE (based on past trips):

  • Day #1

    • 6:30 AM- DEPART BRADFORD

    • Museum of the Bible

    • Walking Tour of Monuments

  • Day #2 – wear dress uniform

    • Capitol Hill tour

    • Meet Senator or Representative

    • National Archives, Library of Congress

    • Tour of museums

    • Jefferson Memorial, FDR, and MLK.

  • Day #3

    • Holocaust Museum, Arlington National Cemetery

    • Head back to Mebane arrive 9:00 PM
